1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how WileLink Inc (“WileLink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website www.wilelink.com and our mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”).

By continuing to use the Platform you agree to our use of cookies as described in this Cookie Policy. If you do not accept the use of cookies please adjust your browser settings as described in Section 6 of this policy or discontinue use of the Platform.

WileLink Inc is incorporated in the State of New Jersey, United States of America.

2. What Are Cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computer, tablet, or mobile device when you visit a website or use an application. Cookies are widely used by websites to make them work more efficiently and to provide useful information to website owners.

Cookies serve two main purposes:

  1. To improve your browsing experience by remembering your preferences and actions so you do not have to re-enter them each visit.
  2. To help us analyze how the Platform is being used so we can improve its performance and usability.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

WileLink uses the following categories of cookies on the Platform:

Essential Cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary for the Platform to function. They enable core features such as secure login, shopping cart functionality, order processing, and payment security. You cannot opt out of essential cookies as the Platform cannot function without them.

Authentication Cookies

When you sign in to WileLink, authentication cookies help us identify you and display the right information for your account. These cookies ensure your session remains active and secure while you are logged in.

Security Cookies

We use security cookies to support our security features, detect fraudulent activity, and help protect you and WileLink from violations of our Terms of Service. These cookies help us identify and prevent malicious activity on the Platform.

Performance and Analytics Cookies

These cookies help us understand how users interact with the Platform. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous data about page visits, time spent on the Platform, and how users navigate between pages. This information helps us improve the Platform's performance and user experience. These cookies do not personally identify you.

Functional Cookies

Functional cookies remember your preferences and settings such as your language preference, display settings, and account preferences. These cookies improve your experience by personalizing the Platform to your preferences.

Preference Cookies

Preference cookies store your choices such as your preferred subscription plan (Basic or Pro) and other account settings so you do not have to re-enter them each visit.

4. Third-Party Cookies

WileLink uses the following third-party services that may place cookies on your device:

  1. Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to analyze how users interact with the Platform. Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  2. Stripe: Our payment processor Stripe uses cookies to enable secure payment processing. Stripe’s cookie practices are governed by Stripe’s own Privacy Policy available at stripe.com/privacy.

WileLink does not currently use advertising cookies or allow third-party advertisers to place cookies on the Platform. We do not sell your data to advertisers. In the future WileLink plans to offer sellers the ability to promote their products directly to the WileLink community through our social feed. Any advertising features will be first-party and seller-driven. This Cookie Policy will be updated when that feature launches.

5. How Long Do Cookies Last?

Cookies can be either session cookies or persistent cookies:

  1. Session Cookies: These are temporary cookies that are deleted when you close your browser. They are used to maintain your session while you are actively using the Platform.
  2. Persistent Cookies: These cookies remain on your device for a set period of time or until you delete them. They are used to remember your preferences and settings between visits.
