3. Payment Information: Payment details including credit card information and billing address when you pay the $50 vendor verification fee or $20 Pro subscription fee. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. WileLink does not store your full payment card details.
4. Communications: Messages, support tickets, and any content you send to us through the Platform or via email.
5. User Content: Product listings, photos, descriptions, posts, ratings, and any other content you submit to the Platform.

Information We Collect Automatically

1. Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, time and date of visit, and referring URLs.
2. Transaction Data: Details of purchases, sales, platform fees collected (9% per transaction), vendor payouts (91% per transaction), and order history.
3. Reputation Data: Buyer ratings submitted for vendors on the Platform including positive, neutral, and negative ratings used to calculate vendor reputation scores.
4. App Data: If you use the WileLink Seller App on Google Play or Apple App Store, we collect device identifiers, app usage data, and crash reports.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

1. To operate and provide the Platform including processing transactions, calculating platform fees, and facilitating vendor payouts through Stripe.
2. To verify vendor identity and activate seller accounts upon payment of the $50 verification fee.
3. To process and manage Pro vendor subscriptions at $20 per month.
4. To display vendor reputation scores based on buyer ratings.
5. To improve and personalize your experience on the Platform including AI-powered product discovery and recommendations.
6. To communicate with you about your account, orders, payouts, and Platform updates.
7. To send marketing communications where you have given consent and to provide opt-out options.
